Scheduling Reminders and Tips
Cancellation and Fees
Please notify me as soon as possible if you will not be making it to a future appointment or at the time of my confirmation text (24-hour notice). If you cancel 3 times in a row even with 24-hour notice, you may be subjected to removal from my client list. If you cancel your appointment within one hour or less before your scheduled appointment time or do not notify me at all, you will owe a $25 fee. All fees must be paid via invoice before you are eligible to book or attend another appointment. If your cancellations total a loss for me of $100 or more in a year’s time, you will be subjected to removal from my client list
If I must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will always try my best to give you a 24-hour notice at the very least. If I must cancel you less than 24 hours but more than 1 hour before your appointment time, I will give you a $15 credit for your next service. If I should cancel you with one hour or less before your scheduled appointment time, I will give you a $20 credit for your next service. If there ever is a situation where I do not notify you before your appointment time starts that I will need to cancel, I will offer your next service free of charge.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will owe an inconvenience fee of $15. If I am still able to service you, that fee will still apply.
If I am running behind and ask you to come more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, I will give you $10 off your service. If you decide you cannot come any later and must reschedule (that does not equal to a cancellation on my end and you will not be credited any additional fees) you will be able to use your $10 credit for your rescheduled appointment.
** DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Early Arrival
Please do not arrive to your appointment more than 5 mins before your exact scheduled time.
Availability
- All available days and times are accurately reflected on the booking site so if the day or time you desire is not available on the site then unfortunately, it isn't available.
- If you need an EMERGENCY appointment outside of scheduled hours, TEXT to check for the availability, and there will be an additional $15 charge added to the appointment price.
Client Courtesy Reminders
- If you are booking a full set and you currently have nails on, you must book a soak off appointment as well. Otherwise, I will assume you are arriving without nails on and ready for your full set. If you do have nails on upon arrival, your appointment will be changed to a nail maintenance (fill-in).
- While I am doing your nails, please do not run them through your hair, hold them against your clothing, dig in your bag, or press them against your face/skin. Oils from your hair or skin can cause lifting and lint from your clothing/purse can become stuck in the gel/acrylic. If you must do any of these things, please double check with me if we are in a good spot in the process for you to do so. If you have an itch, please try to use the pads of your fingers or your knuckles opposed to your actual nail.
If you must use the restroom, I ask that you either go before or after any gel/acrylic application. Please check with me and I can let you know of a good stopping point to excuse yourself. Emergencies are emergencies and I understand, but please keep in mind that water and lint can impede on the longevity and aesthetic of the nails.
Please be conscious of how you are holding your hand. Please try not to fight the positions I am moving your hand. The constant pressure and tension used to keep your hands in a certain position if you are being stiff can cause injuries to my hands and wrists. I understand that every hand position may not be the most comfortable or ideal, but it is temporary.
